    To the Judge of the County Court of Hancock County Jan. Term A. D. 1875

    The Undersigned Guardian of Alpha L Joel M. Wm M. Forsyth Minor children of Wm H Forsyth Dea. Would repectfully Submit to the Court the following report of his acts and doings as such Guardian of the Minor children of said Wm H. Forsyth Deceased from his appointment to Feb 5 A. D. 1875 He charges himself with the following to wit:

    To proceeds of Grain Rent received from W 1/2 N. E.
    32 3-6 for the year 1871: 120.00
    To proceeds from same 1872: 65.00
    To proceeds from same 1873: 120.00
    Grain and hay from place for 1874 yet on hand and indisposed of
    [Total] 305.00

    He asks to be credited with the following sums paid out per receipts exhibited

    1871 May 23
    By Cash paid County Clerk on letters: 3.00
    By Taxes paid for tax of 1873 | former taxes accounted for in Administration account: 19.04

    Cash paid W. H. Leach for Medical attendence on Wards: 2:50
    Cash paid Dr, Kelly for Medical attendence on Wards: 10.00
    Cash paid Dr Sutherland for Medical attendence on Wards: 2.50
    By deficiency on Administration account on account of payment of Taxes for Estate: 15.71
    Cash paid for clothing Minors up to date: 39.00
    Cash paid Martha Forsyth mother of minors for board for minors: 50.00

    Cash paid for Same for board of Minors: 60.00

    1874 May 7
    Cash paid for Same for board of Minors: 35.00

    Cash paid for Same for board of Minors: 90.00
    For putting up new fence and repairs for 1873 & 1874: 75.00
    Cash paid for seed Clovcer and Timothy: 32.00
    Cash paid County Clerk on this a/c: 1.50

    Total: 449.25

    Total Amount Received: 305.00
    Total Amount Paid Out: 449.25
    Balance Due Guardian: 144.25
