    Circuit Court of Adams County March Term 1853 et al.
    In Chancery

    And now come the said complainant and files his supplimental bill herein, in leave given for that purpose setting forth in said bill that Susan Wood, one of the defendants herein has departed this life since the last term of this Court, dying intestate and leaving Mary E. Wood her daughter and only heir at law, said daughter being still an infant, and also suggests said death upon the mends of the court, and prays that said original bill be reviwed as far as relates to the interest of said Susan Wood deceased, as against her said infant heir Mary E. Wood, which is hereby ordered to be done, and that a unit of summons issue against the said Mary E. Wood returnable to the next term of this Court. and it is further ordered that the other defendants herein answer in sixty days from this date.
