    Alpha Forsyth, being first duly sworn says that John M. Layson, Sarah Pond, William Layson, Zedikiah M. Layson, John Martin Layson, Robert Layson, Margaret Moore, James M. Moore, America Moore, James B. Moore, a part of the defendants in the bill filed in the above entitled case, reside out of the State of Illinois, the said John M. Layson residing in the State of Indiana, the said Sarah Pond, in the State of Missouri, and the residue of the above named persons in the State of Kentucky.
