• Text: Eliza McFarland, wife of William M. McFarland, of Houston, died Monday. She was stricken with paralysis Thursday last while at home alone and was found on the floor by her husband when he returned, and she never spoke afterwards. She was 68 years old. A fuller notice will be given next week.
