  Circuit Court of Adams County: State of Ills: March Term A. D. 1854
  
  And now again come the parties hereto and also come the said commissioners heretofore appointed to make partiotion herein and file their report herein under their hands and seals, as also the affidavit by them taken before making said partition and a plat of said lands which report being examined by the Court is hereby approved and confirmed. And it is ordered and decreed by the Court that the said Alpha Forsyth be, stand and remain henceforth seized in fee simple as of his own estate and in severalty of in and to Fifty Two acres off the South end of the West Half of the North East Quarter of Section Six, Township Two (2) North, Range Six West of the fourth principal meridian:
  
  And that the said Mary E Wood Eliza Mustain and Mary J. Owen stand and for seized in the simple ? of their own estate jointly as between themselves out severalty as to the other parties ? ? The North East Quarter of Section Six, Township Two North Range Six West of the 4th principal meridian, excepting and saving the Fifty Two acres off the South and of the West Half of said Quarter section above described as allotted to said Alpha Forsyth:
  
  And that the said John M. Layson be stand and remain henceforth seized in fee simple as of his own estate and in severalty of and in the North West Quarter of Section Thirty One, in Township Three North, and Range Six West, Except Eighty
  
  Two acres off the South side of said Quarter: and also of and in the West Half of the North East Quarter of Section Seven, Township Two North, Range Six West of the fourth meridian except thirty acres off the West side of said lot on parcel of land:
  
  And that the said Sarah Pond be, stand and remain henceforth seized in fee simple as of the North West Quarter of Section Three Except Eighty acres off the West side of said quarter, and of and in the East Half of the South East Quarter of Section Seven all in Township Two (2) North, Range Seven Six West of the fourth principal meridian:
  
  And that the said William Layson, Zedekiah M. Layson, John Martin Layson, Robert Layson Margaret Moore and America Moore, stand, be and remain henceforth seized in fee simple as of their own estate, jointly as between themselves but severally as to the other parties hereto of and in Eighty acres off the West side of the North West Quarter in Section Three, and also of and in the East Half of the North West Quarter of Section Seven, and also of and in thirty acres off the West side of the West Half of the North East Quarter of Section Seven all in Township Two South North and Range six West of the fourth meridain.
  
  And that the said Nancy Owen be stand and remain henceforth siezed in fee simple as of her own estate and in severalty of and in the East Half of the South West Quarter of Section Thirty, and Eighty Two acres off the South side of the North West Quarter of Section Thirty One all in Township Three North, Range Six West the said last of which being situate in the County of Hancock and all the other, in the County of Adams, State of Illinois, the partition of all said lands as above decreed being the as the same one divided and allotted to the respective parties, hereto by the said commissioners according to their report filed herein.
  
  And the Court further directs that said report and the plat filed therewith and the decree be recorded in the Chancery records of this court and that the costs herein be taxed? one fifth against, said alpha forsyth, Mary E. Wood, Eliza Mustain and Mary J. Owen - one fifth against said John M. Layson - one fifth against said Sarah Pond - one fifth against said William Layson, Zedekiah M. Layson, John Martin Layson, Robert Layson, Margaret Moore and America Moore, and one fifth to said Nancy Owen, and that the parties go hereof without day?
