David Harbour, Foreman, Jacob Critz, William Sharp Sr., Charles Foster Sr., Adrain Anglin, William Witt Jr., James Taylor (...?), Charles Bolt, Richard Pilson, David Taylor, Wm. Harris, Jesse Reynolds, Elijah Dehart, George Pigg, Paul C. Ingram & Thomas Beazley was sworn a Grant Jury of Inquest for the body of this county whereupon they withdrew to consult on their presentment.

Strong, Rueben Hughes, John Shelton & Saml.(?) Hanby Sr. Verdct returned for the Defendant, & Judgment thereon accordingly for Costs etc.
