Joseph Cummings is continued Constable who Qualified accordingly and together with Gabriel Penn & Wm. Witt his security entered into bond and acknowledged the same according to Law.

Branson(?), John Finney, Abraham Hawks, Thomas Ayres & John Chapman were Swn. a Grand Jury of inquest for the body of this whereupon they withdrew to consult on their presmnts.
