    The Commissioners appointed to view a way for a road from the Creek near Conrad Plasters to the sink holes on the Bull Mountain road having made a report that a road may be had advantageous to the public and without injury to any individual, On the motion of Wm. Lyon it is ordered that Wm. Witt & his gang, the said Lyon & his and James Akers & his gang under the superintendance of Wm. Lyon and Wm. Witt clear and open the said road.
