Witt, Josiah Reives, William Fuson, Moses Harbour, Jos. Smith, Isaac Martin, Wm. Keaton, Ezekiel Purdy & Wm. Witt, Jr., were sworn a grand Jury of Inquest for the body of the county whereupon they withdrew to consult upon their presentments.
