    To the judge of said counrtL

    The petition of John Belting of the Town of Somers Kenosha County Wisconsin respectfully represents that John Wagner deceased, on the 9th day of May 1892 at the City & County of Kenosha Wisconsin, died testate as petitioner believes; that the intrument in writing herewith presented to the Court is the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, as petitioner believes and that John Belting, the said petitioner is the identical John Belting in said Will named, and that petitioner is named in said will as executor thereof:; That said deceased was at, or immediately previous to the time of his death, an inhabitant of the City and County of Kenosha State of Wisconsin Your petioner further shows that the heirs and next of kin of the said John Wagner, deceased, are Peter Wagner of Newark Scott County Minnesota; Henry Wagner of Paris Kenosha County Wisconsin; Gertrude Belting of Somers Kenosha County Wisconsin;; Margaret Bernard of Chicago Illinois; Nicholas Wagner of Chicago Illinois; Katie Dahm of Niles Cook County Illinois and Elizabeth Becker of Chicago Illinois said last named prties are all of full age ??n't over the age of twenty one years and are all of sound mind ... Your petitioner would further represent that the goods, chatels, and personal estate of said deceased amount to about Six Thousand (6000) Dollars, and that the real estate of said deceased amounts to about the value of Fifteen Hundred (1500) Dollars, and that the said deceased left debts due and unpaid to an amount unknown to the petitioner. Your petitioner herewith present the said Last Will and Testament, and asks that the same be proved and admitted to probate, and that letters testamentary be granted thereon according to law.
