    The last Will and Testament of Thomas Harbour was exhibited in Court Proved by the Oaths of 2 of the Witnesses thereunto Subscribed to be the Act and Deed of the said Thomas Harbour Decd. and the same was Ordered to be Recorded by the Court.

    Gabriel Penn son of Philip is Recommended to the Executive as a fit Person to serve as Lieutenant of the Militia in the Place of Charles Crutcher, William Witt Ensign in the place of Gl. Penn.
