Note
Wilhelm Weinand was the son of Joannes Weinand and Marie Margaret Mahren. More than likely she is the same person as Marie Helena Marren who married a Joannes Weinand and had children in Pluttscheid between 1787 and 1797. Joannes was probably a brother of Hubertus, Leonardus and Nicolas Weinand. Marie Margaret/Helena Mahren/Marren was probably the daughter of Paulus Marren and his wife Marie. She could have been Marie (b. 19 Jul 1753) or Margaret (b. 2 Mar 1757).
