    To all whom it may concern: This is to certify, that Frederick A Loebach {3080018} Cook lv D. Disch, Det. No 2. The United States Army, as a testimonial of honest and faithful service is hereby honorably discharged from the military service of the United States by reason of: convenience of the Gov't per pa 15 $0 17.
