  You are hereby notified that the County Court of Knox County, Illinois, has rendered judgement for Special Assessment upon contiguous property, in proportion to benefits accruing to said property, upon Knox street, Lombard street, Brooks street, Chambers street, and South street, from the east line of Elm street on Knox street, running west to the west line of Lombard street, north on said Lombard street to the north line of Brooks street, west on said Brooks street to the west line of Chambers street, north on said Chambers street to the north line of South street, west on said South street to the east rail of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad track, in the City of Galesburg, Illinois, for the entire cost (except street intersections) of grading, curbing and paving said portions of said street, as will more fully appear from a certified copy of the judgement on file in my office: that a warant for the collection of such Special Assessment is in the hands of the undersigned.
