    We Barzilla Chatten Lewis McFarland and John Simpson having been appointed by an order and decree of the Circuit Court of Adams County in the State of Illinois. commissioners to make partition of the lands described in the annexed decree do Solemnly Swear than we will fairly and impartially make partition of Said Lands according to and in the manner directed by the annexed order and decree if the Same can be done consistently with the interest of the Estate.
