  • Text: The undersigned further shows to the court that Alpha L. Forsyth one of her wards departed this life on or about July 30th 1884, indebted to the undersigned for which indebtedness she makes no charge, the property of said was diveded between his heirs, by mutual agreement. ? therefore prays to be fully discharged as to said Alpha L. Forsyth now deceased.
