  • Text: WILLIAM ALGOR of Shalford yeoman, 31 July 1575. (21) To my 4 daughters, ie. Anne, Elizabeth, Mary and Prudence, each £20 at marriage or 21. To my son John £30 at 21. To Bridget my kinswoman £10 within 3 years after my decease. I make Margaret my wife and William my son exors., on condition that they be bound to Richard HAMOND the elder of Debden in 200 marks for the performance of my Will and be ordered by him in any controversy which may arise. The rest of my goods to my exors. Wit. Richard HAMOND, Thomas PARKE, John CROSSE. Pr. 14 Dec. 1575 by Margaret; power reserved to the other exor. when he shall come.
