Samwell Lyon and Mary Lyon Bagley who were Administrators of ye Estate of Joseph Lyon deceased having made [] of an account of their administration and debts and Credit by which accounts ye Court do find ye from ye Estate is 41:19:11 1/2 and debts due to ye Estate after are 13:64:9 1/2 which deducted from ye sd debt remains 28:05:2 1/2 which deducted out of up to & all of aforesaid Estate being 289:10:21 there Remains 255:17:5[?] Clear Estate to be delivered at followeth

viz, the Widow Mary Lyon Bagley Relict of ye sd Joseph Lyon deceased to have her dowry according to Law in [] and Lands and to have as much of ye movable Estate as the Eldest Child if it do not Exeed A therd part of ye Land. And the Eldest son the have A double portion of the movable & personal Estate and the other son to have half so much as ye Eldest son the two sons to have their portions ...

This Court do Accept of ye account of Samwell & Mary Lyon hath give of ye Admin's on ye Estate of Joseph Lyon and ye Court accepts of ye sd account and do free him from ye Administrative work and do Appoint and Impower John Bagley who married ye sd Mary Widow Lyon to Administer on ye sd Estate to finish ye Administration and take care of ye Children and returns an acct of his Administration to ye County Court in March next or sooner if ye Court calls for it
