The will and inventory of the Estate of Daniel Frost [] is this day [] to the Court : this Court [] by [] & orders to be recorded

• Text: Here followeth the Last will and Testament of Mr Daniel Frost Senr of Fairfield being weake of body but haveing my understanding yet in competent measure with me I doe ordayned and made this my Last will and Testament as followeth
  
  Imprimus I doe give and bequeath my soul to God who gave it and my body to come by buried expecting a joyfull ressurection at Christs second apearing:
  
  And for my temporal Estate I dispose as followeth -
  
  Item I have already given unto my son Daniel what I am able to bestow upon him in lands at Mov[] farms: expecting he shall perform what he is engaged towards his mothers maytenance: for this I give him first this [] he to [] the stock and other goods he hath of mine in [] lands or the value of them as I shall hereafter dispose: thereof :
  
  Item I have already given to my sonn Joseph the [] of several lands I have in Fairfield : as by the deed gift of mine he hath may aprove : [] give him five shillings expecting that the [] his [] he had of mine in his lands he shall [] him to them as I shall hereafter dispose them : or the value of them
  
  Item I have already given unto my sonn V[] Frost several parcels of land at Move[]s farms : and I doe expect he shall perform what he is engaged towards the maytenance of his mother : also I give him both my [] at Compo necke and a red cowe : and the part of goods that formerly I ordered he should [] with my sonn Daniel : thus goods his part I give him
  
  Item I give my daughter Rebecca Booth : five pounds [] to me by bill from my sonn H[] Frost :
  
  Item I give unto my daughters Sarah Smith Rachell Rumsie and Hannah thorp the eight cattle I left in my sonn Daniel Frosts lands : and thos other goods I left him in his hands : [] [] [] heifer I left in my sonn Josephs hands all the said goods chattels i had before unto my said three daughters to be equally divided between them -
  
  Item I give unto my daughter Hester Frost five pounds [] to me by bill from my sonn V[] Frost : and doe lend her to her mother to and to her portion as [] in her presence shall [] [] and my four daughters in [] [] [] shall [] -
  
  Item I give to my dear and beloved wife Elizabeth : ine [] and a brown [] now in my sonn Daniel hands : and two cows I have in ye said Daniells hands to winter : and a or [] and a [] in the hands of my sonn V[] : and all the rest of my Estate both real and personall that I have or may be due to my Estate : not given : with the use of my dwelling house and lot adjacent the lands and lot I give her for her natural life : the rest of the Estate I give for ever : [] to pay my just debts and funeral charges : [] my last will and Testament I have hereunto subscribed my name []
