    State of Illinois,
    County of Kankakee,

Be it remembered, that on the twenty fourth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty six personally appeared before Hon. Janus N. Orr Presiding Judge of the County Court of the County Kankakee and State aforesaid ... Frank Joseph Loebach an alien, above the age of twenty-one years, and applied to the said Court to be admitted to become a naturalized citizen of the United States of America, pursuant to the several Acts of Congress heretofore passed on the subject, and the Court being satisfied, as well from the oath of the said Frank Joseph Loebach as from the testimony of Michael Billesfield and Joseph Humpiler who are known to be citizens of the United States, that the said applicant arrived in the United States as a minor under the age of twenty-one years, has resided within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States for and during the full term of five years, including the three years previous to his arrival at the age of twnety-one years, and one year within the State of Illinois; that, dueing the said term of five years, he sustained a good moral character, ... and he having now here in open Court taken and subscribed the oath required by those laws, to support the Constitution of the United States, and to renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and more particularly all allegiance which he may in anywise owe to The Emporer of Germany
It is thereupon considered, ordered and adjuged by the Court, that the said Frank Joseph Loebach be admitted to all and singular the rights, privileges and immunities of a naturalized citizen of the United States ...
