This appears to be in the handwriting of Artie's mother, Phoebe Jane (Compton) Humphrey, and was provided by Suzanne (Humphrey) de Vogel, the grandaughter of his brother, Herschel Wayne Humphrey. Artie and Wayne were the brother's of Minnie (Humphrey) Forsythe.
