    The first Account of Henry F. Friese Administrator with the Will annexed of Rachel Forsyth Deceased.

    Rachel Forsyth Inventory:
    A true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods chattles and personal estate of Rachel Forsyth late of Baltimore County deceased, appraised by the subscribers Elisha Randall and Philip R. Friese jointly, we having been first legally authorized and having by the warrant to appraise and certificate thereon hereto annexed.

    One Cherry dining table $3,
    one walnut chest of drawers $4 - $7-.
    One looking glass old frame $2.50,
    one small bureau $2.50 - $5-.
    One bed, beding and bedstead $10- - $10-.
    One small stove with a broken door $2 - $2-.
    One old mahogany table $1 - $1-.
    Ten old delapidated chairs $1,
    Old holloware about 100 lb $1 - $2-.
    Six small kegs and two washing tubs $2,
    Two milk cans & two churns $.750 - $2.75.
    A lot of stone earthenware and bottles $1,
    two old tables pine & walnut $.500 - $1.50.
    [totalling $31.25].

    We the subscribers do certify that the aforegoing is a true and just Inventory and valuation of all and singular the good chattels and personal estate of the said Rachel Forsyth deceased so far as the same have come to our sight and knowledge; and as valued and appraised by us in dollars and cents according to the best of our skill and judgement. In testimony of all of which we hereunto subscribed our names and affix our seals, Baltimore this tenth day of December eighteen hundred and forty one.

    On the 14th day of December 1841 came Henry Friese Administrator with the Will annexed of Rachel Forsyth deceased and made Oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the aforegoing is a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods and chattles of the said deceased, that have come to his hands knowledge or possession at the time of making thereof, that what has since or shall hereafter come to his hands, knowledge or possession he will return in an additional Inventory, that he knows of no concealment, nor suspects any to be, that if he should hereafter discover any concealment or suspect any to be he will make the Register of Wills for Baltimore County acquainted therewith that the same may be enquired into according to law.

    This accountant charges himself with an Inventory of the personal estate of the deceased returned the 14th day of December 1841 and amounting to $31.25.
    And he craves an allowance for the following payments and Disbursements Cash paid: Registers fees $7-. This accountants commission of $31.25 at 10 per cent $3.12. Cash allowed the accountant for the appraisment of all the household and kitchen furniture returned in the Inventory of the deceased, which was bequeathed to Alexander Yearly in trust for Elizabeth Ryder and delivered over to him & receipt appears $31.25. Payments and Disbursements $41.37. Estate accounted for $31.25. Estate Overpaid $10.12.

    Baltimore County Ss.

    On the 2nd day of December 1843 came Henry F. Friese Administrator with the Will annexed as aforesaid and made Oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God, that the aforegoing account is just and true as stated and that he has paid or secured the payment of every sum or sums for which he craves an allowance which after examiniation is passed by order of the Orpanans Court.
