    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: -
    The bearer, W. H. Forsythe, has been in the employ of this Company from August, 1911 to August 1912, running the twenty ton Crane.
    He has proved entirely satisfactory in that capacity, being sober, steady and careful, and I can confidently recommend him to nay one in want of his services.
