Commentary
Weis lists her as the daughter of Rotrou II and granddaughter of Geoffrey II and Beatrix. It is evident by the line numbers (24, 24A, 25) that Weis added the generation as an addendum to his original work. Weis lists her date of birth as 1105, and since Geoffrey II died in 1100, he could not be her father (if the birth date is correct). Weis lists CP XI App D 112 as a reference. CP does not mention Matilda de Perche. However in the same reference on page 113, it states that Rotrou's wife "Maud was drowned in the wreck of the White Ship, 25 Nov 1120 leaving 2 daughters.(d)". The footnote lists these two daughters as Philippe and Felicie - Matilda is not listed as a daughter of Rotrou and Matilda (Maud).

She married 2nd, Gui de las Tours
