Ralph married 2nd Katherine Thweng before 8 Feb 1345/6. She was the daughter of Marmaduke de Thweng, Lord Thweng and Isabel de Ros. Ralph and Katherine had only one daughter Elizabeth, who married before June 11, 1369, Sir William de Botreaux, of Boscastle, Cornwall.
